Returns & Exchanges

At Benjamin Berner, we want you to be fully satisfied with your luxury footwear; if you are not, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and original packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Benjamin Berner shoebox and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
